TO THE PRESS OF THE PULP AND PEEL OF THE CITRUS FRUITS
(ORANGE, LIMON, MANDARINS, LIMA, BERGAMOT).
The pulp with coming from the juice extractor “Spellalbedo”
and the peel with provenience from the extractor “Spremitrice”
are treated with the Single–Screw press to obtain more and best
exploitation of the juice.
